I have know David for years and have finally had an opportunity to have him guide me through my home buying journey. David was exemplary in how he approached every aspect of my home purchase. His impressive knowledge of local real estate markets combined with his personal relationships with lenders, property managers, other realtors, contractors and home inspectors made whatever issue that arose something that was easily correctable. He was accessible anytime I had a question or needed something and provided a personal concierge level type of service. I have worked with realtors in the past but in the future the only realtor I will consider working with in the DMV Closer better known as David Kyle.

David is very attentive and detailed oriented. He held an open house every weekend to make sure potential buyers had plenty of opportunities to see the property. He was available when I called, needed someone to be at the house for repairs, or had questions, which made me feel like I was his only client. I have a deaf dog that gets anxious around new people, David was there for every showing making sure he was comfortable. I had a great experience and will be working with him again in the future!

David has been working to find us a home for a few years now. I have run him ragged looking at homes on a whim but he always picks up his phone and makes the appointment – shows the us the property and gives us great insight on the property, the price, and the location. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or the other (which I have experienced with other agents). We have gone several months without a home prospect but then I see something online that catches my eye – I call David and he makes himself available. Fast forward - We finally found the right home for us. The contract process was hectic and at times I didn’t think a deal would be reached between us and the seller. David is incredible! He is patient and informative and made our house buying process seamless. From start to finish, we always felt comfortable with David. He is so responsive and walked us through everything step by step (we are first home buyers) and never rushed through anything or tried to skip steps. Him and his transaction coordinator truly made everything so easy for us. David is a great realtor and an even better person all around and I can not recommend him enough!
