I lived at the Regency on Elm in Morristown NJ for 2.5 years. Universal Property Management is trustworthy, easy to communicate with, efficient and lovely to work with. I would highly recommend renting from them as our apartment was also very well kept, updated, large and was in an amazing location. I communicated with Jaylynn often and she was always so kind and helpful. I will certainly miss living here due to the reliable staff at Universal Property Management!!!!

This is one of the best apartments you’ll have the opportunity to live in. Located in the heart of beautiful historic Morristown, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the train station to NYC. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and full of parks and pedestrian-friendly areas. The apartment itself is very well-maintained, and the entire community is peaceful. I lived here for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. The property manager, Jaylynn, is outstanding - professional, kind, and empathetic. She’s always quick to respond and truly cares about residents’ needs. Carlos is also fantastic, no matter the maintenance issue, he handles it efficiently and always with a smile. I lived at The Regency on Elm which is managed by Universal Property Management for almost 7 years. We absolutely loved living at The Regency on Elm, the complex is well taken care of, clean and safe. Our apartment was beautiful and anytime there was an issue it was handled swiftly by Carlos. Jaylnn is also incredibly helpful and respoensful. We have the best memories from living at The Regency and would recommend it to anyone - the location and price is unbeatable.

There aren’t enough great things to say about the Regency on Elm. This was the best living experience I’ve ever had and I absolutely loved my home. The property management team is a huge part of why we had such a great experience. They were always quick with responses and attentive to our needs. We recently moved into Ocean Aire apartments. The five star rating is well deserved as the Property Manager, Jaylynn, is simply a consummate professional, with a very kind disposition. Jaylynn attends quickly to requests, and she communicates extremely well in helping clients in all business matters. Jesus, who manages the service side of maintenance, also is a five star worthy individual. Jesus is extremely dependable and always responds in a pleasant manner. He is simply a get it done type of person with a smile. We chose to live at the Ocean Aire Apartments because the property is well maintained, and staff exhibited a management style of simply caring about its residents.
