Universal Multiservices

My father was scammed out of $9K from a real estate broker by the name of Rosemary Beltre. Rosemary works under the company Universal Multiservices Real Estate. My father went into the real estate establishment located at 4441 Broadway Ave with interests in finding and leasing a new apartment. Ms. Beltre set up a viewing date and toured him to see a few apartments on the market. At the time my father initiated his interest in a unit; Ms. Beltre demanded a total of $11K in order to move forward with her services and move in. Ms. Beltre claimed the money was for the rental application, brokers fee, rent, and deposit. My father insisted he could only put down $9K at the moment, and would be able to put down the remaining balance at their next meeting for the official signing of the lease and

They are thieves they will run you in circle until they have your money and then you wont hear from them anymore. Honestly made my first time looking for a new home the worst experience ever. I lost over 4000 dollars working with them and now I have no apartment and no money for an apartment.

So from the impression that the woman at the front desk gave me is this one.. Now according to the laws of the State of N.Y. n City of N.Y. state backed vouchers. Which are verified financial instruments given by the state to individuals z that are living under the poverty line. This is a right that is given to anyone in need. It might be you one of these days.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY AND NEVER FOUND ME AN APARTMENT. GOT ROBBED ME FOR OVER 10,000!!!!!

Protect yourself very well here .. keep records and do nothing in cash with them or you will get robbed.
