Have always had such a positive experience with Universal. I have done business with them for 6 years now and have had no issues. They are helpful, kind, and have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I cannot recommend them enough!

I bought a house from these people. I beg of you please do not rent or buy anything from them. They are nothing but scam artists. They asked that for our inspection on the house that we use their inspector. The inspector found several things wrong with the house. They said they would fix the major one, being the crawl space holding water. They were supposed to make a french drain under the house and put down a moisture barrier. A year after we bought the house the floors were trying to give way we had a company come to look at it and the only form of a drain was what looked like someone took a hand trowel and scored the dirt. The moisture barrier was a joke and didn't cover half the crawl space. There was 3ft of water standing at some points and had a horrible termite and mold infestation

Every single employee that I have come in contact with at Universal has been outstanding!! Mackie was straightforward with me and I honestly couldn't say enough about Lori, Hillary and Joyce.. wonderful women to converse with, amazing personalities and they know what they're doing. I have to give a huge shout out to Brittani! My family was in a bad situation, she did everything possible to help us and I am honored that God put her in my path, I will defend her name until the last breath leaves my body. Four employees have been to my home to install stuff and check drains etc. all have been courteous and kind. Bottom line.. Do right by people and they'll do right by you. God bless.

Brittany and Lori are great. We are thankful to have a decent home to sleep in at night.

I went into a rental agreement with Universal hearing all kinds of things. I used my best judgment as a parent. We were living with my SIL on floor bc we lost out house and needed to place a family of 6 ASAP. Brittani got us a place so fast. Made sure it was ready and clean to move in. She was so sweet and helpful. I was greatful. Moving in anything thay has needed repaorwd. they did with no questions asked. If we needed answered they were glad to help. Im sure every bussiness has issues. But the ladies I have met have been nothing but nice to us. So after a year of living in one of their rentals I would gladly say,They are a great company and a blessing to my family.
