Once again, Kelly knocked it out of the park! Something to consider when listing with an agent is how much money you can lose by choosing the wrong realtor. We learned that lesson the hard way because we should have listed with Kelly when we first put our home on the market and it sat for months! Once we listed with her, the Thoroughbred team went to work with their updated marketing tactics and open houses. This is a tough real estate market to sell a home in, but she was able to book showings consistently, which eventually led to the recent sale of our home. Kelly is personable, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS there for you!! She genuinely cares about her client's and it shows!
