If I could give a 1 star review I would. I contacted the realtor Sharon Dutiel about a home for rent within the hour it was listed. She requested to only be texted. I sent a text but no response. Another the following day. Nothing. I then called no answer, but it showed she was reading my messages. I called brokerage to see if I could talk to somebody else about the property they let me know home was still available but to wait for realtor to respond. 3 days after it was listed I called again and they said home got rented this morning. I lost a chance on a beautiful home because of her unprofessionalism. I would not recommend working with this company.

Our 1 year lease is expiring through this company. We've had several issues arise while living here, every time it's a huge hassle with no sense of urgency. Most recently, our AC just went out during a 110⁰ heat wave and after asking for an update, they just ghosted me for the day at 4:30 without air conditioning and with an animal in the house. Everyone I've talked to exhibits zero empathy for our situation while I doubt they would enjoy the same treatment.
