This review is about Exit Realty at 865 Hibernia Rd #109 Fleming Island, The agents involved were Susan Czaja and Christina Wedderburn. The Loan was through Contour Mortgage, recommended by Exit and the agent there was Beverly Webster. For starters, they lied to me. They said that I had to make a 20% down payment since it was a Conventional Loan. Later, I was told by Quicken Loans that was not true, that I could put down less and pay a very low Mortgage Insurance. This information killed the deal. When I asked to meet with Beverly Weaver from Contour Mortgage in her office to review the closing estimates line by line, she said later. Many of the fees made no sense and seemed exorbitant.
