I went to the Bay Meadows location, not the Fleming Island location. The Bay Meadows location was excellent very professional and a good location for me to make the closing. I was staying about 3 miles away in a Comfort Inn so it made it very convenient to go to the Bay Meadows office.

Kat & Wayne were amazing Throughout this home buying process. Purchasing a home from long distance is never easy and the way Kat was attentive and willing to go that extra mile was just what we needed. She looked and put the care and effort for this home for us as if she was buying her own home with our every wish in mind! We cant thank her enough as she made this difficult process flow very easily!

Was very happy with my service the whole time. Don’t have not one bad thing to see and Bryan helped me thru everything. I trusted him completely and totally will tell everyone about how great he was. Whenever I called to see a house he was on the phone getting me an appointment immediately even cancelling his plans to show me a house.
