This was in 2024. The reason I am even leaving a review now is because I want to warn other people. Carl Butler was assigned as my realtor through VA home loans. Which come to find out, he’s a co-owner to this company. But I will start from the beginning. He knew our price range, and yet, he would send me houses that were $600k to “get an idea” of what i wanted. A house that’s about 350k more than i could afford is NOT going to look like what I would get. I toured 2 houses. Both of which, I found. He was the realtor. Now I’ve never dealt with one before him but i’m pretty sure they’re supposed to find houses for us. That was just the start of our issues. When we FINALLY found a house, he was hardly helpful. Carl Butler is extremely welcoming and helpful to both realtors and clients. I highly recommend this office if you are looking to buy or sell a home, or if you are a realtor looking to work with professionals.

Maria was my realtor a few months ago when I was looking for a house. I really cannot recommend her enough. She was phenomenal. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable and made me feel up to the task of finding and purchasing my first home.
