🔥 Review from a Very Heated Witness 🔥 ULS drivers in truck #788 and #714 (or maybe #724) were out there acting like they’d just discovered combustion — tossing their personal trash at the intersections of Fondren & 59 and Fondren & Westpark. Driver of truck #788 nearly sparked a full-on collision — cutting me off at high speed just to tail the other truck like a moth chasing a flame. If this is how your crew handles company vehicles, I’d hate to see what happens when they’re actually on a job. This whole scene went down 10/30/24 around 10:45 a.m., and let me tell you — it wasn’t the Halloween spirit giving me chills, it was the blaze of recklessness on display. ULS, you might want to cool things down before your reputation goes up in smoke. 🔥

Have a ticket with them that I need their lines marked. They sent me an email with a callback number and a notice that it would be delayed. I have called over 20 times with no pickup from them. Emailed them numerous times and still no response. Braxton McDonald (the "manager") even blocked my number cause I kept blowing up his phone since they're not responding at all. Pitiful company. Centerpoint, do better and hire someone else. Not this lackluster excuse for a "company"?

Their worker blasted music from their work truck outside my home at 7:00 in the morning. When I asked her to turn it down she refused and continued to blast the music. Please get some headphones and do not use your work truck to play loud music in neighborhoods early in the morning.

Technician Instructed me to spray insecticide chemicals on my gas meter box to remove wasp so they could mark gas lines off. It’s a gas meter box, therefore any chemical reaction could cause explosion and is very dangerous. These are the people you have working with gas!!

Pretty sad you have to leave 1 star. They came yesterday and left a yellow tag on my door saying they need access to my backyard (which is locked, and a "beware of dog" sign is on my fence). This morning, they rung the doorbell and I told them I'm not home and how they left a tag on my door with a number to call to arrange for them to come back. The guy said "well we're here now" I replied "ok, I'm not. Now what?" Now my backyard cameras are going off because either they jumped my fence OR broke my lock on my fence. Posted a few pictures of them just standing in my backyard! There was no "heads up" notice. How can they just go into people's yard without permission? I wish I was home right now!
