I will say Ms.Cathy was exceptional in helping our family relocate from Mississippi to Texas. Beautiful place and very quiet the Alief district is amazing.

It be a lot of Racism going on over here they allow certain people like Spanish and whites to house all kind of plants and toys on the patio but had the audacity to leave a note on my mothers door about a small patio end table that had fake flowers in small flower pot and when I tell u it didn’t even take up any space the letter was so irrelevant and there is nothing in the lease that says it especially when all the other races are doing it I’m gonna take all the letters and contact the local news because I’m about fed up with the letters and low maintenance… they don’t fix anything properly and I have even had a ring come up missing another time I was visiting and maintenance had been there and maintenance will just open the door without announcing themselves…i just never chose to say any

Nice management and they always have fun little events going on like having popsicles in the summer or free wrapping paper for Christmas

Love Cathy she's been so helpful and kind during this whole four year process! Finally moving out and appreciate how easy she's made the transition. These apartments are a great price and especially if you're in a tough spot and transitioning. Cathy helped me get in and stay in! Lol. Only moving cause we need more space than they have.

I've been living at SW Village Apartments for over five years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The current management team is excellent—especially Ms. Cathy, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. Zeida is also very kind and super helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The community itself is clean, quiet, and feels safe to walk around even at night. Like many apartment communities, there have been occasional issues like roaches, but I truly appreciate how promptly and effectively the management responds to any concerns. One of the biggest highlights is the maintenance team. They’re professional, responsive, and always willing to help—even outside of regular business hours. If you're looking for a place with attent
