I was a life long resident of NJ as was my wife. I contacted a realtor in the lake area, when we arrived and met with Dave Williams. He listened to our thoughts and wishes. We spent a good day driving all over showing us lots of homes in the farm land area, showed us the medical in the area as well as the other necessary living shops. I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with a professional reality company, I would highly recommend them...

Chad Madison has been the best realtor ever for us! Not the first time we've used him, and probably not the last. He truly went above and beyond, from helping all the dominos fall in line to HELPING US MOVE!! when the schedule got tight. He has always been there for us and made sure everything went smoothly. I worked with Carol Guerrant. She went over and above for us with everything. I have sold 6 houses in the past 5 years and she worked harder than any other agent ever has. I would highly recommend her and I do not say that very often. Thank you Carol we appreciate your diligence.

Bill baker has got to be the worst realtor ever. Made an official offer on property to him 3 yrs ago... no calls returned, left a note on his desk nothing. Just tried to negotiate another deal with him,doesn't do what he says and doesn't return calls.guess he underestimates people.......

We worked with Tammy Brankley in purchasing our home in Clarksville. It was a complicated process since we were not in VA & had to deal with the transaction & all that it involved from FL & NY. Tammy was amazing through it all. We relied on her to handle so many details that were not possible for us from out of state. She was consistently pleasant, always willing to help, and went above & beyond in guiding us to closing. We successfully closed on our home. I can honestly say that without her help, it would have been extremely difficult. She was always available to us in resolving issues, and she did so in an extraordinarily pleasant manner.
