Kim and her team has handled the closing of three transactions for us this year. The first transaction failed due to financing issues that had nothing to do with Lake Title -- a couple of contingencies in the contract couldn't be satisfied -- but through that entire process, Kim helped move the process forward. After the deal fell through, Kim recommended a process change to better handle our next possible transaction. Consequently, the second transaction completed perfectly -- the change in results was almost totally due to her advice.
