This review is for the so-called "auctions' that UC real estate manages and not the realty service. Auction is in quotes because they aren't really true auctions. They purposely set the reserve as high as or higher than market value. This is not auctioning. This is selling as a realtor insuring the bottom price shows no loss. If their product truly had value the reserve could be set to zero and the marketplace would decide it's worth. It is purposely misleading and borders on unscrupulous toward both the seller and the bidder. I will never participate in another UC auction because it is rigged in favor of the realtor before it starts.

This office does outstanding work and everyone is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend this office to anyone who has any real estate needs!
