Worst service ever. As a builder they don’t even know how to confirm at the end of a project all invoices and bills are paid or even get the builder to confirm and sign a lien waver at the end of construction. I would recommend finding a title company that knows what they are doing not these guys for sure. I would love to get final payment on a project but these fools forgot how to do their job or maybe don’t even know how. Needless to say the lien has been filed! Protect your money and investment and go to any other place. I will never do business here again that’s for sure.
