The lack of carpet in the main area means if you are in a downstairs apt you gonna have loud footsteps. Also no sound barrier, it's like living in little echoing gymnasiums. A esthetically is decent, but once you're in, youll quickly feel like it's just over priced average modern apts
The only i can said is the new manager she doesn't how to handle situations and doesn't talk with the tenants the already live more that two years and also the maintenance people also they said wherever they said and the not have not arguments
