Hubbard Springs Apartments - Office

Some things have changed since moving in. The office manager is good and really tries to work with tenants, she provides resources too. Maintenance can do better at quite a few things, inside and outside. More dumpsters are needed for the bigger family households. Two dumpsters are not enough for 48 households (2 &3 bdrms). Need more outdoor benches in between the apartments for the neighbors that like to sit outside, talk, relax or get a breath of fresh air. I feel safer here than the city. Thst is good for me. I dont agree with not allowed to have water balloons, small baby pool, sun tent and not able to put decor on door our outside of your living space; ie, patio lights, solar lights, yard signs, etc.

Stricter than the other complexes that the company has. Office manager doesn't know how to handle things. She has allowed loud people who don't qualify. She's urbanizating the neighborhood which used to be different and safe back in the day. She took over from a different apartment manager Who was Way better than the current office manager has been. They go through managers like a bonus pack of cigarettes. We don't have private entrances. The design could have been WAY better than whatever they decided on. The other complexes are better than here is. I've been here since it opened and it's been issues after issues with the current management here at Hubbard Springs. The other complexes have issues but it's low income. It's bound to have issues. But ultimately we're treated like eld
