Union Place Apartments

This place has gone down hill ever since tamarack took over. They can never keep anyone in the office to take care of things and no maintenance on this property. I have been waiting over a year to get things taking care of and so have other residents. They continue to raise rent, but don’t give us what we pay for!!! This place has has mold and some major heath issues going on. They received a lot of money for rehab and more focused on things on the outside then fixing things inside the Apts! Plz do not bother moving here because it’s a waste of time and your money!

I have lived here for five years. It has been great except for the theft happening around here but that happens in most of Missoula. Seems like a lot of people on drugs are starting to move in which could be correlated. I love my apartment though just feels a little unsafe.

Wish the office staff would get their act together, and actually do inspections when they hand out notes instead of changing the date 4 times. Also wish they would actually be in the office during office hours instead of putting notes on the door saying closed today and then changing the date on it everyday, but other than that it's a decent place to live

Terrible place to rent from and live!!!! Management is awful. Also, I'm a clean person and the bottom floor is mice infested! Also 2 winters straight heat went out for weeks. Management was nice enough to supply space heaters... and laughed at my 300 dollar power bill to run them.

Corrupt management! After paying $76 for credit check and found out that we dont have good credit they denied our application. So, those who have bad credit watch out if you dont want to waste any $$$! Waste of time going back and forth providing all the documents they needed! Were not expecting that kind of process for LOW INCOME APARTMENT! Garden city can provide same amount without any hassle application!
