EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP! Steve was awesome throughout the whole loan process. Due to the building of our home taking much longer than it should have, the loan had to be delayed a few times. He was super patient and stayed on top of our situation the whole time. He went above and beyond our expectations in helping us secure a bridge loan with a bank also to get us through to the final loan. It was a complication but Steve was on top of every detail, which we really appreciated. We also compared loans with two other lenders and the service we got from Steve was the big difference. We’ve worked with many loan people over the years and we’d have to say that Steve definitely is at the top of the list.
