Union NoDa Apartments

My friend recently moved into these apartments, when I visited on a sunday afternoon. Located outskirts of Noda with plenty of cafés, nail shops, restaurants and fitness center all within walkable distance. These apartments are very new so there was still plenty of parking in both the visitor and residence parking deck. Of course if you are visiting and visitor parking is full they do have street parking. Apartments are easy to access with very spacious apartments. New appliances, spacious open floor plans with balcony options looking out towards the city or pool area. Great price point for the area you would be living in and short walkable drivable distance to optimist, noda, central and uptown. My experience touring with Kat was amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, relatable, and took the time to answer all of my questions about Union. Her passion really showed as she walked me through the amenities. My biggest concern was parking, but I was happy to learn that Union offers a private parking deck. The highlight of the tour was definitely the rooftop! Such a beautiful view, with the added bonus that it can be rented out for private events

Frank was our tour guide, and was very helpful! Besides him being knowledgeable, he offered great suggestions/ recommendations that suit what I’m looking for. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to show me the S1 & S2 units that were available. Additionally, the leasing office is very clean and smells great. I highly recommend at least scheduling a tour to see if this is what you’re looking for.

I toured today with Frank and had a great experience! Frank is kind, personable, and knowledgeable about the building especially since he’s a resident. I always love going on apartment tours with someone that actually lives in the building, because I can ask them how they like living there. The unit that I toured is the s1 studio floor plan and I was really impressed with how well thought out the design is. If you’re interested in checking out Union NoDa, definitely schedule a tour because you will not be disappointed!
