I only have good things to say about this place. Our new apartment is cozy and comfy. Glenda has been so helpful and quick to respond since before and after our move in. She has made this whole process quick and easy. Thank you so much Glenda for everything ❤️

Very disappointed with IVE Management Maintenance experience. My Father's kitchen sink was clogged so I put in a Maintenance ticket. The Maintenance guy came out to fix it but couldn't fix it completely. The water was still filling up in the sink and draining slowly. My Dad was told that a plumber needed to come out but there was no follow up. Days later a random Maintenance charge of $150.00 was on his account. I called IVE office several times and left messages for someone to call me back to discuss and never heard from them so I put in another Maintenance ticket with a note that the sink was still not working properly. They came out a second time and attempted to fix the clogged drain but unsuccessful. This time my Dad was told by Maintenance that the problem was outside and once again

Unfortunately, my move out process was far less than satisfactory at IVE apartments. Due to the pandemic I was denied a request for a move out inspection, however showings of the unit I was living in were scheduled during the same pandemic. I did my best to clean and restore and wear and tear to the apartment but was surprised at the amount deducted from my security deposit. Upon asking for clarification on the charges, I was only given reassurance that all charges were correct. In addition to a frustrating move out process, I struggled with getting locked out of the laundry room multiple times due to a malfunction of the fob or the door battery, the smell from people smoking on the property, and a frequent overflowing dumpster.

Glenda was amazing during the leasing process. Rick and the rest of the property management team have been incredibly helpful with any issues that have come about. Customer service is top notch.

Do not rent from these people. They are limited in how they respond to maintenance requests (the key to my apartment building has not worked for OVER THREE DAYS), they don't do a good job during some requests (I complained to get a faucet replaced and they replaced it with a "refurbished faucet" filled with mold), and they don't have a physical office and load all issues onto the staff which also has no idea what's going on (the normal phone staff on weekdays and the "24 hour emergency" staff are at odds over whether there are actual maintenance techs working over the weekend. The staff on the weekend kept giving me the wrong (and old and now defunct) phone call to the main office of the apartment complex! Please run the IVE apartments into the ground by reviewing if you have also had bad
