This company owns several rental properties in South Florida. To be led by someone who considers himself a philanthropist while unnecessarily raising housing rental rates for no reason despite the communities they own being poorly managed and maintained,  is laughable. This company provides incentives to new potential tenants but does nothing for those that have lived at the properties, demonstrated responsible renting, and paid on time. Why am I paying more when I've lived at one of these properties for 2 years than someone coming off the street? Why do you treat people that pay your income like garbage?
