Uncommon Raleigh

Claire Nettles gave me a tour of uncommon. She was very helpful and friendly! Definitely enjoyed the tour and am highly considering signing at uncommon next year based of how the tour went!

I’ve had a great experience living at Uncommon Raleigh. The apartments are modern, clean, and fully furnished, which made moving in super easy. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the gym, study spaces, and common areas that actually feel useful for students. The location is perfect for NC State, and everything I need is close by and my business classes are a 3 minute walk across the street! Management and staff have been responsive and very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Overall, it’s a amazing place to live if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient student apartment in Raleigh. I recommend to everyone!

I was the co-signer on my daughter’s lease here. The process was pretty easy. We toured during parents weekend and the tour was great even though everyone was very busy. Our tour guide Katie said that she loved the building and had lived there most of her time in college. She is moving into a 5bedroom 5bathroom and they will get an extra fridge for extra space. The amenities are super exiting and much better than anything a dorm could offer. I wish the retail spaces were open but they hopefully will be when she moves in.

I’ve had a great experience living at Uncommon. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and everything from the amenities to the overall atmosphere makes it a really enjoyable place to live. I especially want to shout out Claire at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing to work with. She’s always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Claire has gone above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Uncommon, especially with such an awesome team supporting the community!

Great amenities. Love the gym that includes an outdoor setup as well as yoga room. Great location close to campus and some of the best food spots on Hillsborough street. Wonderful staff that are helpful and kind.
