When we were looking for a home, the team made that intent super possible and quick.From When we first saw our home and Melissa was very helpful. When we need anything for repairs or concerns, Melissa is very responsive. We are also trying to adopt a dog and need landlord reference, and again, the team is very responsive. Every follow-up is on time or early. The experience has been phenomenal, with no hassle, trust, and integrity. As a person who consistently reviews businesses (see my profile), this has been a top-tier interaction/ experience of customer and provider. Me and my family are really happy with this team and Melissa as our point of contact.

Throughout the whole process, whenever I called Melissa, she was there and if she wasnt able to answer she return all calls. We have contacted the agent for a listing posted in June over 36 times. The agent has responded twice, scheduled a tour for us, and then she didn’t show up. Melissa sent an email cancelling the tour after 5pm on a Friday even though it was the following morning at 10 am. We have requested an application for the property numerous times to be met with zero response. We finally received a response and were told that an application was accepted and the property is now under contract. This was a shock considering that we have been requesting an application for a month and can barely get a response. I understand people get busy and things happen, but I’ve genuinely never been so surprised by the apathy and disregard of a professional. I hope nobody else has this experience and things change goi

Disappointed that I have called Melissa a few times weekly since July 16th to get a tour in because I was not getting responses via messages and not once got a call back. I am very persistent and proactive so finally on August 8th after calling every week multiple times Melissa answered the phone. We scheduled a tour 2 days out from the call just for her to cancel the next day and tell me the house was under contract when this was not mentioned on the phone. What a waste of time and energy. Absolutely unprofessional!

Georgia has had some crazy weather. So my air conditioner stopped working but with the help from uncommon the problem was resolved in no time. Uncommon property is a very friendly and understanding company. I would like recommend uncommon property.
