UAH Property Management

My experience with gateway at Hutchins is garbage. Very nice property however the office staff is very clueless as to how things are operated They act is they are scared to answer questions and know nothing. The customer here sucks. Manager is very unfriendly and rude. I will not be renewing my lease or referring anyone I know to this place. It's traffic all night tenets put trash outside their door. It's just a mess. A new development that is slowly going down. I never see management out o. Property. They don't speak she you enter the office. They are very rude.

Newsome Homes, and property manager Melody Condor in particular, are horrible to do business with. Maintenance is useless. Appliances break down constantly and never get repaired or replaced. Storms caused water damage to ceiling, never fixed. Terrible building, terrible management. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid like the plague.

Only interest is profit. Will not fix equipment. My property, Peachtree Senior Living, is filthy, elevators always out trapping people in their apartments and a health hazard due to trash piling up 15 feet high.

I personally found that the management style of UAH was kind to say the least and Gabby the Manager sweet young woman.

I been trying to reach out to someone for two months about the issues I’m having here on property no one has returned my calls or voicemails
