I saw a property on a Thursday that was exactly what was needed and it said Open House / Listing Day would be Sunday . I contacted my Realtor Thursday to see if he could find out a few major things about property . He called Fri midday and told me what had found out from disclosure form , but still 1 major & 1 minor item wasn't available to him . I really wanted property so I contacted listing agent on pre listing and he was rude as to me calling Fri afternoon - if you don't want to do business after 5pm , then you need to state that in your wishes on Realtor's Website where I got phone number . He also said Open House had been cancelled since had listed earlier that day instead of Sun / 2 days earlier than stated in pre listing and had a pile of offers on his bar , so I better get my Agen
