Two Rivers Townhomes

I stopped by this place on the way home yesterday because I realized it was new to Marble Falls. The owners, Tom & Jenny, greeted me as I pulled in and stopped what they were doing to give me information about the townhomes. They have 1-3 bedrooms available but the 1 & 2 bedroom townhomes have a small waitlist. There is a 3-bedroom available now for anyone looking. Jenny gave me a tour the inside of a 2/1.5 and they look really great! Very upscale yet homey. The prices range from $1200-$1800/mo depending on the type you want, but it is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a nice place to live. I love that these are tucked away too. Tom & Jenny are wonderful people, very friendly and passionate about making Two Rivers Townhomes an amazing place to live.

My husband and I absolutely loved living here! It was such a welcoming, loving community and we will miss living here. It is in a wonderful location (near HEB, walking distance to Johnson Park, Lakeside park and multiple boat ramps) and always feels safe! We lived here for almost two years and never had any issues or complaints! Jenny, Tom, Babe and Christine are the best! They gave us so many amazing memories and we will truly miss them! If you have the opportunity to live here, you won’t regret it! The 1st picture is the back of our unit and the 2nd picture is one of our memories. Beautiful!! My husband & I have lived here a year now and we can give an honest review. Jenny & Tom are both nice, fair & attentive landlords. They care for the property & most importantly the tenants. They have arranged throughout the year little events & get togethers so we can all be social & know your neighbors. The clubhouse is beautiful, the laundry room clean & a plus that I never knew I needed is the dog washing station. Little things like that are what makes living here worth it! The property is well taken care of & improvements have been ongoing for the better. We moved in right when they took ownership of the property & I’m so glad we were able to get in. The units were beautifully remolded & the landscaping they did made this place a gem. This year there has been new sod laid

Very clean and professional operated apartment complex. Everything remodeled inside and out. Spacious clubhouse and close to shops downtown.
