Not bad other then the property management known as FDI , They have made paying rent an absolute nightmare . They use an app called the loft. it never works. Then they take money out of your bank that is the incorrect amount . then you have to deal with getting that fixed. Not to mention pet rent on low income properties. FDI refuses to spruce up the property, they just want every bit of our money and then some. The manager here is great along with her assistant. The problem is the crappy greedy power hungry woman of FDI property management. My advice do not move into any property that is associated with FDI. Do your research on FDI and the Loft.

They Change lease rules at their pleasure, "mgr" sends rude and threatening fliers. Seems hasn't been properly trained in office/communication etiquette. Per owner no grills, really?! This is TEXAS, we all pay rent to have a home to grill on weekends after a work week. Only 5 plants on porches and balconies what is wrong with this "owner"? California much? Does being low income give them the right to treat us like this? As tenants in Marble Falls, do we not have rights? How about maintaining the apartments properly, some people get water in their apartments when it rains, fix that. Dish washers don't work and haven't been replace in years. Back Porches are a hazard and can't be used in some buildings. Hold a meeting, invite us, talk to us, hear the people that pay rent and keep you where

Updated I've lived here for a year at the end of August. Getting through the red tape was the most difficult/lengthy part. Neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Rooms are HUGE. Plenty of natural light in rooms. Have not had any issues with pests, except for silverfish. Haven't checked out the pool or laundry room. Haven't stepped inside the office nor talked to any staff since I moved in, other than maintenance during the recent winter storm. The posts that hold up the neighbor's porch ARE a little sketchy. Washer and dryer hookups on porch area are a nice perk! Deliveries to my door have never been a problem. All-in-all a great find when I moved here and it took 3 months to find affordable housing. I will be renewing my lease. 2nd year update: neighbors are still mostly friend

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE! I KNOW THERES NOT MUCH APARTMENT COMPLEXES OUT HERE BUT THIS ONE IS BAD! PAM THE APARTMENT MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CHILDISH. ALWAYS ONE THE DEFENSE. THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES AND THEY DONT CARE IF YOU COMPLAIN. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL INCLUDING THE HOUSING AUTHORITY. THEY THINK BECAUSE ITS LOW INCOME YOU SHOULD BE TREATED WITH NO RESPECT AT ALL.
