Working with Two Rivers Title Company in New Smyrna Beach was an excellent experience from start to finish. My husband and I own multiple properties and their team is incredibly thorough, professional and excellent customer service. Honestly, the fact that they come to, you is incredibly helpful. They take the stress out of closing making sure every detail was handled accurately. My husband and I highly recommend Two Rivers Title to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

Although they were able to complete the closing on time, the process was fraught with errors and miscommunications that caused a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. I found that they were often disorganized and unprepared for our scheduled appointments, which resulted in unnecessary delays and wasted time. Additionally, they made several mistakes on the final paperwork that required corrections, which further prolonged the closing process. Furthermore, I found their customer service to be lacking.
