Arthur and his wife deserve 10 stars!. They were wonderful helping me when my house flooded during post Ian. I was so stressed and needed to sell quickly. Arthur met me immediately and from there forward transaction went quickly and smoothly. And he gave me a very fair, reasonable price for my property. I tried dealing with other companies and Arthur was the most fair. Also I felt comfortable with them since they are locals. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I probably should have left this review a month ago, but now that things have settled down after helping my family get rid of my grandma's place, I really wanted to let people know how easy it was to work with Arthur and Florida Property Solutions. From being accommodating when viewing the house, the speed of the offer, and closing, Arthur was to notch. If you need to sell your house fast, I wouldn't recommend using anyone else.
