Our experience has been amazing. During the tour they really listened to what my family was looking for, as well as our price range. The office staff is so sweet and fun to be around, there was no pressure to apply. The move in process was so easy, and our apartment is genuinely perfect for us. We had one concern and the office staff took it as serious as we did, and continued to follow up to make sure our concerns were met. The maintenance team is amazing. Specifically Dan came to do a repair and not only was he extremely flexible and quick with the repair, he is extremely personable and funny. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I lived at Twin Creeks Apartments and I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially Jimmy. Jimmy is truly one of a kind, professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I had a question or needed help, he went above and beyond to make sure things were handled quickly and with compassion. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel heard and respected, and Jimmy consistently did just that. He’s the type of person who turns an apartment complex into a community. His positive attitude, work ethic, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made my experience at Twin Creeks so much better. We lived here since February of 2023 until the end of June 2025. It was a great place to live. The main pros are that the staff are friendly in the office (Ashley, Allison, Jimmy) and in maintainence (Dan, and Nick when he was there). As well as the quietness of the community, and the amount of ample parking for residents and guests alike. I'd say the potential cons were a recent time where there was a slow down in responsiveness to maintainence requests due to staffing, but they are actively fixing that issue. There was also the fact that ammentities like the gym and hot tub were often locked and unavailable on Sundays, with the hot tub out of commission a few times a year for repairs. All in all, a great place to live in the Clackamas/Happy Valley area.

My wife and I moved in at the end of April, and we’re really happy with our decision. The view from the back of our apt is great, and the complex seems very quiet. The location is well situated, with everything we need very close by. The staff at the leasing office are very helpful and answered all our questions. We dealt primarily with jimmy, and were very happy with him.

I lived at this location for only one year, and moved out on July 31st 2025. As the date of this review I still have not received any portion of my deposit after requesting multiple times after the 31 day mark and they have failed multiple times to provide the check after giving them our address 3 times. They have refused to answer our calls from me or my wife on numerous occasions just to receive basic information. I have requested a full refund and the property manager Ashley is extremely rude and does not listen to emails even after citing Oregon State Law. Do not rent here, they will take your money and run. There is much better apartment options that don’t include black mold and strange drunk/high people walking through your complex yelling and smoking pot in the buildings.
