Let me start with I was in real estate for over a decade and have dealt with dozens of builders in that time. Twin is building our house in the Poconos now. We're about a month or two out from completing it. I can't say enough about Shawn and Scott so far. We've been at this for almost three years now between finding the right lots, to customizing the blue prints, to talking about every last detail, to almost being completed. It's all went very smoothly. I have not had a call ignored, a question go unanswered, or a concern not addressed. They've at this point, because we talk so much and are around each other so much, have turned into quasi friends to an extent.
