I would give 10 stars for Julie Fallon. She’s a rockstar. Terrible experience! I saw a home in Albrightsville on 4/4 with a realtor from his office and submitted an offer. After some back and forth the offer was accepted by Joe and his seller on 4/5 at noon. I signed the AOS and sent it back with an agreed upon closing date. All was going well. On 4/5 I receive a message that Joe is now waiting on an offer after everyone has agreed upon price. Joe goes radio silent from 9:45AM to 5:45PM and decides he’s going to hold a best and final after my offer has already been accepted by their side. 4/6 best and final is conducted and I don’t get the home. Once again agreement of sale was signed on my end, seller agreed, and Joe back doors the deal. As a real estate investor I’ve never encountered
