There are ongoing issues with management responsiveness, including urgent maintenance requests that went unanswered for over a week. Residents often need to make repeated outreach to receive a response, as emails and phone calls are consistently not acknowledged. The property has potential, but management's communication and follow-through need serious improvement.

Just moved into my brand new apartment and so far I love it! The area is quiet and the apartments are brand new and modern. Toured this place with Matt who was very nice and helpful. Kylie has been super nice and helpful with anything I needed or answering any questions I had during this move-in process (:

The management for these apartments (along with Laurel Grey and Redhawk) is really great. I had a wacky roommate situation, and they worked with me way more than a big apartment complex usually would. Really nice people! 10/10
