Jake helped us through multiple layers of the sale of our home; getting on the market with great pictures, negotiating different interested parties and even helping us out when we decided to rent out our home before getting back on the market again and closing within three months in the end. I feel like Jake always had our best interest in mind and not just seeking to sell the home for his personal gain. He was smart during negotiations and guided us well during the rollercoaster of selling your home.

Jake helped us find the right home during the insane market where everything was going very fast and for well over asking price. Jake was always positive, encouraging, and offered advice whenever we asked. He quickly met us at all the houses we wanted to view even when the snow was falling and roads were icy back in February (and he had to drive 45+ minutes to get to some of them and he never complained).
