Affinity at Bend

My family is thrilled to have our mother living happily, safely and independently in a perfectly sized apartment at Affinity. She has found community among people who are of similar age through classes and social activities. The overall welcoming ambiance in a space that is clean, well managed and affordable on a fixed income is greatly appreciated. Among the benefits that we find most useful is the prompt, professional and friendly response when maintenance in her apartment is necessary. We highly recommend Affinity!

Affinity is the place to live. It is beautiful and well maintained. The staff, Trina and Marina were amazing. Not only did they take the time to give us several tours, but they were so kind and knowable about the property. Every apartment we looked at was clean and spacious. The cost of rent is also very affordable. We met several residents all of them were very kind and welcoming. Affinity is definitely the place for us.

Private, energetic, beautifully appointed, a lovely sense of community and amenities too numerous to list. The Directors go above and beyond to make us all feel like family and create fabulous events for our enjoyment. I couldn’t have chosen a better active senior community. Best choice in Bend!
