Twelve21 Duryea

I lived in Twelve21 Duryea during 2020-2021, and the building was well-managed. It was always very clean and tidy. Patricia, the leasing agent, was responsive whenever I had a question. I had to move out of town for several years, which is why I left that apartment. But I had such a good impression that, when I recently leased another apartment in the Peoria area, I settled on a unit in another Lehman-managed building.

While I found the apartment complex to be visually appealing, my interaction with Patricia during the showing was disappointing. Despite my interest in moving into an apartment, Patricia's delayed responses and lack of communication resulted in confusion and frustration. Additionally, she made the decision to show the apartment to someone else without confirming with me, which was unprofessional. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, especially considering my year-long wait for an opening in the complex
