Forest Park Apartments

Is it just me or is Richard from the 200s trying to set a new world record for loudest yelling in a residential neighborhood? Every single day this guy is outside screaming at his kid like the boy just lit his truck on fire. Not once in a while. Not during football season. Every. Single. DAY This is not parenting. This is not discipline. This is one man doing full volume vocal exercises in public like he thinks he is starring in a one man show called Angry Dad Live From The Parking Lot. I cannot take out my trash without hearing him holler. I cannot water my plants. I cannot even sit in my own living room without getting a free preview of the next episode of What Did The Kid Do Now. And of course he is buddies with Jory. So I am sure nothing will be done. If I so much as sneezed too loud

Only positive things to say!! Apartment was well kept up and affordable. Jory and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. Shane was my maintenance guy and he was always quick to show up for even little problems. You can tell they care about their residents. Lots of little amenities too and it's a great location by nature to walk around in.

I forgot to leave a review because I didn’t have a bad experience! I lived in two different units over the course of 18 months. I was met with amazing communication! The maintenance team was amazing, & I was always told ahead of time when maintenance would be in my unit. The mail system is also amazing and secure! When I had to end my lease early, the office was super kind & understanding & helped me to understand the plan of action. 100% recommend. An absolute gem.

One thing I've appreciated about living here is how helpful all of the staff members are. The common areas are clean and well-maintained, and when I place work orders they're usually answered within the same or next day. Recently, I had a package delivered that I couldn't find, and Amber was able to track it down within an hour of me calling her. You can tell that everyone cares a lot about making this community a great place to live.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I will be moving soon but ONLY because I'm moving out of town, closer to my family. I have lived in many apartments before Forest Park and none of them compare. FPA is a great location and their groundskeepers always ensure the yards and parking lot is in pristine condition. The maintenance men are phenomenal and very attentive! The girls in the office are extremely friendly and so helpful. They care about you as a person, not just a tenant. The property manager is very nice and responsive also. I cannot express how amazing Forest park is as a whole. I will very much miss living here!!!
