PLACE IS NOT MEANT FOR FAMILIES OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A LIFE AKA FRIENDS OR FAMILY Stay away from this place — it’s toxic and unlivable. I lived here for four years, and I would never recommend this place to anyone — not families, not young professionals, not even pet owners. The walls are so thin you’ll hear everything: people using the bathroom, having sex, snoring, dogs barking and fighting. There’s no privacy, and if you make even a little noise, expect complaints or the police to show up. The landlord, Robert, is one of the worst parts of living here. He’s rude, invasive, unprofessional, and sends tenants eviction threats over normal things like a toddler running or a guest visiting. He texts at all hours and plays favorites. I lived there few years ago and it was a really great place to start out. The landlord is awesome. The price is definitely very reasonable of not low for an apartment in that area.
