We visited the property yesterday, just a few days after their grand opening. It’s BEAUTIFUL. The first phase (West Terrace) overlooks the community center and the hills in the background. The homes are incredible and Lennar’s business model of having everything included makes it easy on home buyers (no sticker shock!). The homes are going quickly (yes, already) and Yes, we purchased a Brookton Townhome. If your looking for beautiful scenic homes close to the “burbs and City”, get you rear end out there quick! Ask for Adam, a straight shooting, professional and personable, sales guy! We were impressed with his candor! Check out the view in the attached Photo
I wish I could give my experience 10 stars! Lennar is paving the way for what will be a very sought after community - something for everyone regardless of their stage in life. The location is exceptional with breathtaking views and close proximity to everything you need. Kelly Goldstein helped us find the right model and made the process very simple keeping us updated and answering all of our questions (and so quickly!) She exudes trust and competence and understands every homebuyer has unique needs. Can't wait to move in!!!
Outstanding experience over the past week exploring Lennar's Tuxedo Reserve! This is going to be a beautiful community in a perfect - very scenic - setting. Kelly Goldstein, clearly a seasoned professional, took the time to get to know us and what we were interested in … and then walked us through the offering. Ultimately, Kelly helped us select the perfect home site. Buying a new home is a big decision, and I appreciate how Kelly was meticulous and transparent as she walked us through all of the details.
