Thank you very much for coming to perform the emergency maintenance we requested. Most of the issues were resolved, and we truly appreciate the prompt response and attention. The service was excellent, and the maintenance technician did a very good job. The only pending issue is the ice machine: it was replaced, but it is not working, it’s not making ice, and it’s producing a very loud noise. Please contact us so this can be checked. I don’t usually write reviews especially poor ones but this place left me no choice. My family and I moved here only 2 weeks ago and we are already moving out of this terrible place. Between roach infestation, dirty conditions upon move in, non-functional AC and refusing to compensate us for the horrible condition that the unit was given to us, we have experienced the worst two weeks of our loves and cost us over $10,000. I would never wish this experience for any in the world! I lived in this apartment complex five years ago, and every year since then, I’ve been wrongly contacted about a supposed move-out balance of $545 that was already paid in full. When we moved out, we provided a cashier’s check from Chase made payable to Tustin Cottages directly to the property manager at the time, Deborah. She was terminated shortly after, and I’m not sure whether there was any misconduct involved, but the payment was properly made and documented. Despite this, new management has reached out multiple times over the years, claiming the amount is still owed. We have already provided proof of payment through bank documentation and even followed up to confirm receipt and resolution, but we never received a response. Julio has been helping us with the application process and even showed us the property there at Tustin Cottages. We appreciate his help, guidance and support throughout this process and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking into leasing a townhome, they are beautiful.

Had a wonderful and positive experience with Julio. Toured the model i was interested in and also upgraded ones...which made me think I wanted more than the one I was actually interested in the first place. He answered all my questions and just gave me a positive and delightful vibe. He did not make feel rushed like other do or so. I appreciate people who take their time and exceed your expectations.
