I’ve been living at Rancho Alisal for 6 years and my experience with the maintenance team has always been really good, I have nothing negative to say about the guys, but my favorite two maintenance guys are, Jose & Alex ! They make sure my repairs are done properly. They are both so patience with me because, I can be extra dramatic at times, and I ask a lot of questions, but they both are so kind and patience to answer all my questions, and to explain to me, they show me so much grace. ✨ They’re the BEST! Words aren’t enough to express my sincere gratitude for all the excellent work done inside my unit.

I agree with all the reviews regarding the maintenance crew, they are nice and efficient. But, this place is not 100 the best, there is always dog poop everywhere in the complex, smeared on the sidewalks, I’m tired of seeing it. People are lazy and do not clean up after their animals. I think it would be better if they tell people to clean up or dogs are no longer welcome, it’s just disgusting. And the washers, always dirty and never working! Those machines have stolen so much money and laundry detergent from me. The office isn’t much help when you reach out to them with concerns.

Jose and Louie were outstanding- they were friendly, respectful and worked efficiently to perform their work in our unit and were on their way to the next. Great job guys - always a pleasure!

I want to express my deep gratitude for the excellent work of Jose and Louie. It is not the first time that they come to fix problems and do it very efficiently and quickly. They clean up after themselves and are very polite, even if I ask them to help me with something, they never refuse. It is very nice that Rancho Alisal responds very quickly to requests from residents and has a professional team.

Leasing was very helpful and accomodating to satisfy our interest and answer any questions as new prospect tenants a Pleasant and professional experience, Unlike some other unprofessional lack of communication and incorrect information during our apartment search.
