🚫 DO NOT RENT HERE – BUG INFESTATION & NEGLIGENCE 🚫 I’ve rented with Irvine Company for over a decade, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you are okay living with spiders the size of an adult finger, roach infestations over 3inches long, and complete management incompetence, then this is the place for you — otherwise, RUN. Move-In Nightmare The day we moved in, we immediately contacted Resident Services to report multiple issues. Their response? “Take pictures.” Here’s what we found: • Restroom fans are so loud you can’t hear your newborn cry or someone talking to you in the home or front door. • Kitchen sink infested with gnats and a broken garbage disposal. • Bathroom cabinets had large holes allowing massive roaches to enter. • Laminate flooring cut and peeling

Abel was extremely helpful and professional! He quickly identified the issues I was having and fixed everything efficiently. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving and explained what had been done in a clear, friendly way. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciate his great work and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs maintenance assistance.

I had submitted three tickets—one for our shower tub, one for the front door lock, and another for the kitchen sink. TEON your service is absolutely a 5! Upon entering the office it was clear you were warm, approachable and ready to assist me find my new home. Thank you for your guidance and service as I moved into my unit.
