Tuscarora Village by Stanley Martin Homes

Oof. I had really high hopes for Stanley Martin. Their salesperson was very friendly and like-able but don't trust anything he says. I bought a house from them and I was very excited for all of these amenities and beautiful spaces we were supposed to have. Boy was I wrong. Moved here in 2020, and in 2023 there are still empty overgrown lots with equipment sitting in them rusting. In the 3 years I've been here there is still no clubhouse, no pool, no amenities whatsoever. Hardly even streetlights and unfinished roads. In 3 years!!! Other builders around us have their communities finished in that time. To be clear, we were told that in 2 years (2022 would have been that timeframe) we would have a pool, a tot lot, a clubhouse, businesses, finished roads/driveways, connection to the W&OD trail

Jason at Tuscarora Village has been a pleasure to work with during the buying process. Stanley Martin has a great reputation in the new home construction community due to the quality of their work and the materials used. Just like all new builds, the design center expenses add up quickly so make sure you calculate that into the housing cost (~18-28K). Overall we are extremely happy with the service and cant wait to move into our new home!

Extremely dissatisfied with Stanley Martin as a builder. Their poor leadership and management team have allowed their sales people (Jason and Kendall) to mislead buyers into thinking a development could be delivered in reasonable timeframes. They have been unreachable, unavailable, hands-off, and inefficient in delivering amenities, parking solutions, and property management.

As first-time home buyers, we were so thankful to have Kendall guiding us through every step of the process. Both Kendall and Jason were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. We are so excited to move into our beautiful condo!

Kendall was very welcoming and went to the minute details of all my questions and understood what was important to me. She arranged for the viewing of not only the model home but of units that were still under construction allowing me to evaluate the actual materials and quality of the home. I am excited to get into my new place soon! DA.
