Tuscany Village Apartments

This is was my second time living in these apartments, you can't beat the location or price. Erin wasn't around last time but she truly made this time everything. I had a bit of an odd situation when we first moved with one of our neighbors and she went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I felt at ease. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She made sure whatever we needed was taken care of as soon as it was brought up. Would recommend again and again. The apartments are updated and clean. Quiet neighbors. One complaint is pulling out onto telegraph (but I mean honestly telegraph as a street sucks), but the location does make it worth it.

this was my first time ever living on my own/in an apartment. overall, it was a good place. the location is great. it’s private because of the gas station in front kind of hiding it and feels very safe. the laundry on site is really nice and even has an app so you don’t need quarters. the pool was also cute and i enjoyed reading while tanning. if i had an issue, it was easy to submit a maintenance request and they were pretty quick about filling them too. i will say I had 1 instance with a maintenance worker at the pool that left me feeling uncomfortable and some of my neighbors had the tendency to be loud and take up a lot of parking spots, but for the most part, i would recommend living here. the kitchen space was my favorite because it was big and had lots of storage and counter space.

I contacted the property manager 2 months ago regarding a roach infestation in my apartment. They did have a company to come out and exterminate my unit, but the exterminator stated the infestation was coming from a different unit. I have had to call again because this issue is still ongoing, and creating a very unsanitary living condition for my family. They did offer to have it sprayed again, but no one ever showed up. I am not comfortable with the fact of all these chemicals are being repeatedly sprayed around my 3 year old child. I finally asked to be released from my rental agreement and they denied me. These bugs are in my kitchen making it unsanitary to cook and prepare food here. The smell of smoke is almost unbearable and makes everything we own smell. I would not recommend this p

AVOID. Erin and the rest of the management are LAZY and RUDE and love to lie. Erin was extremely condescending when she contacted me. They have gone out of their way to make living there an absolute pain. They are cheap for a reason. I moved into a newly remodeled unit and had all problems. Broken locks on windows, plastic baseboards coming off, shower walls coming off, they ruined the bathtub before I even moved in, and the hot water is not connected right in any room.

Nice apartments, but once you move in they don’t let you move into an upgraded apartment. Not even if your lease is up. They rather you move out vs spend more money with them which I thought was pretty odd. So pick the right one when you first move in.
