These patio homes are the largest in town! The one bedroom has a 24' master bedroom and a massive closet!!!! Larger than any ever seen before! Each patio home has large garden tubs that easily accommodate two adults! Plus, the shower panels light-up, dual sink vessel bowls are amazing. Then, there's the Tuscan-styled doors and the distressed "Tuscan Old World" 3/4" solid wood floors, that are triple-urethaned, water filtration, energy efficient water heaters, and so much more. Love the place! Highly-recommend for anyone who wants quality at an affordable price. Having been a longterm resident, as with others, we've seen the actions and drama created by these 2 individuals who left their 1 star reviews. I’ve been super impressed and grateful to have the opportunity to call Tuscany Townhomes home. The landlord is communicative and respectful of boundaries and puts a ton of effort and care into keeping the property well maintained. Sincerely beautiful rental properties, nothing is simply a contractor finish. Feels like home.

Lived here 5 years and absolutely love it. It's peaceful, safe, and have the most beautiful interiors around. The pictures say it all. Everthing is custom to a Tuscany theme and more features than one can describe. They're the largest in town and most affordable for the size. The 1 star reviews were typical disgruntled evictions, using fake names to post. The rest of us are happy that management is pro-active and immediately removes those who create drama, and/or who refuse to adhere to the guidelines and respect to other residents.

I have lived here and known the owner for 15+ years. It’s a quiet and extremely well maintained property. You won’t find a more unique unit in the area. Management is top notch and always available.

Don’t waste your money moving in here. Poor management, poor communication, poor community. Landlord will try to sue you for anything he can. Appliance's are ALL outdated and filthy. While living here I was cleaning out trash and dirt was past tenants. This place has nothing to offer but a hard time. Overpriced places with underwhelming quality.
