Townhomes on Public Avenue, Clever, Missouri 65631: What in the trailer park trash is this? Dirty diapers that look like they have been sitting there for a while. I was going to inquire about renting one of these places but after driving through there and seeing things like the dirty diapers, the dogs running lose and the dumpsters overflowing with trash and furniture, me and my family will pass.

Everyone in the office is very nice. I don't know if they are very interested in caring for the Townhomes on Public Ave in Clever, MO though. Don't get me wrong, the townhomes are nice, but not 1400.00 a month nice. The inside of the townhomes are really nice. Outside is extremely lackluster. Where's the maintenance crew? There really isn't any landscaping. Mowing? Forget that! Looks hideous to say the very least. And let's not forget the dog feces that is left behind in mass. Trash........ tenants don't care that their children leave trash everywhere, thrown food in the parking lot, Trash blowing everywhere. And the dumpsters are disgusting! They smell horrible, look even worse with garbage and broken glass OUTSIDE of the unfenced dumpsters. This is not..... I repeat IS NOT luxury living.

I rented 2 beautiful duplexes previously from Oller Properties and eventually bought & built my new home with them. All I can say about Wes Oller, Curtis, Tyler, Tessa and the entire Oller team is that they are truly incredible people, and hands down the best in the business. Wes and his Crew build beautiful and wonderful homes. But above all that, his team is phenomenal! Tess is super sweet :) if I email them anytime They’re on it! Also - she will email me pretty much the same day.. Wes is a standup guy, and down to earth.
