Management has gone downhill since I started living here. They stopped trying care of the apartment grounds, they advertise luxury but use the cheapest stuff. The walls are matte which is insane for walls at all much less an apartment. You cannot clean them and they are basically a sponge, paint is also water soluble so you can't just use a paper towel and water to clean them without it removing paint and leaving a stain. There are microcharges everywhere. They incorporated a 3rd party service to keep track of our pets instead of continuing to hold that intomation inhouse and we have to pay the service directly whether you have a pet or not. You also have to put your personal information on this 3rd party site, such as my primary care physician information. The units themselves are

I lived here for about a year, and it was my first time living alone in an apartment. My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The ladies at the front desk were always understanding and easy to work with. Anytime I had a maintenance issue and reported it through the app, the maintenance team responded quickly and they were genuinely great guys. I always felt safe, even when coming home late at night or in the early morning hours. Unfortunately, I had to break my lease about eight months early. Even then, the staff remained friendly and understanding of my circumstances, which made the entire process much smoother and far less stressful. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism I experienced throughout my time here.

Absolutely love these apartments. All maintenance is handled in a timely manner. The grounds are kept very clean. And very prompt on letting you know about air filter changes, pest control spraying, or even power washing the buildings. Lived here for over a year and do see us going anywhere anytime soon. Can’t recommend this place enough

The maintenance and grounds team are always amazing. Any issue that comes up is addressed promptly and resolved! I’ve lived here for years and the whole staff has been A+ since the day I moved in.
