I’ve been living here for 3 years office staff is always helpful and friendly. It’s very quiet and peaceful

not sure what's worse the MULTIPLE drug dealers that live on property, the half naked Venezuelans barbequing inside the garages or the multiple mechanics that you have fixing car in the property parking lot. You complain to the manager and NOTHING gets done. I been a resident since 2022 and since the red headed lady took over as the manager the property has gone down hopefully management can see that they need to change their property manager. Trash every where, building with holes, landscape looks terrible. Please do not believe the 5 start reviews does reviews where bought with gifts or even fake. Drive around the property on a Saturday and you will see the truth. Also the office is always close, and don't let me get started on the maintenances (lazy).

I've lived here 9 months and can't complain much. It can be loud occasionally, but it has died down a lot the past few months. The are a lot of kids that live in this complex. They can get rowdy, but that's not a reflection on the apartment complex itself or the office staff. The front office staff is always extremely nice, and all of my maintenance requests have been handled in a very timely manner. They often have events going on to keep the residents involved. My apartment is spacious, and I have never had any sort of issue with pests. When my dishwasher quit draining, they replaced it quickly, and replaced the ice maker and microwave, as well. Noise filters through the walls from the stairwell, but it doesn't bother me a whole lot. The pool is pretty small but never very busy.

UPDATED REVIEW 6/30/2023 So far I am only enjoying this place more and more with each day. It's very clear to me that the staff on hand are dedicated to improving the image of this complex. They're pretty easy to reach, very friendly, and address problems quickly. The unit itself is great with good wall thickness (I've heard noise through a wall only once), spacious interiors, and an overall cozy feel. There is a good deal of trash around the complex. If this is because of my fellow residents, the road next to our complex, or my unit's proximity to the dumpsters, I do not know. It's not bothersome or a health hazard, just more of an eyesore. I'll see about posting another update come the end of August. So far, so good.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Where do i begin? Lets start with the poor and rude management and leasing assistants in the office, towing my vehicle after i gave them my vehicle information and they said they would register it, they didnt and i had to uber into dallas to get my car back and pay $400 to get it back OUT OF POCKET, and when i asked them to reimburse me for their mistake it turned into a 2 month process just to get them to take it off my rent AFTER i had to basically go up to the managers manager while she was walking the dusty property because they wouldn't cooperate with me. And mind you, i recorded every single interaction with these unprofessional people because they lie so much and gaslight their tenants. Another reason why i left was because of the MOLDY vents maki
