Christina is an amazing property manager! She’s always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents at Autumn Breeze Apartments. Anytime I’ve needed help, she handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Truly appreciate her!

If you moving to a 999$ apt you’re not moving into luxury so what do you expect! best believe you’re gunna get “not enough visitors parking,Trash not getting picked up, BUGS!” stop complaining on thangs you already know moving in. Most people that have complain been here for two or more years THAT I SAW. Why stay more years if the first year gave you hell. Clean your area and there won’t be no problems. There not housecleaners finna pick up every trash you see in the neighborhood. It’s a small complex with no gates around it’s not gonna be luxury. You knew how it was gunna be as soon as you saw the price and pulled up into the Community. So all I gotta say is stop complaining like you paying 2500 rent. I would say the office staff is nice & professional, they’re affordable, & in a great location but in our 6 mos there it went from one thing to another. From a cockroach issue to trash pickup issue to maintenance issue to noise issue. We had cockroaches when we moved in which was in part due to the foundation issues we were not made aware of upfront before moving in. Pest control did a great job with getting the roaches taken care of. B/c of the foundation issues, the walls were cracking & the ceiling started caving in in the living room. This was the main reason why we left. When we moved in it took about a month to take care of a leak in both bathrooms and to get a faucet handle for the shower for the bedroom we were using. The office staff is phenomenal! I can't say enough about the girls in the office. The whole application process was easy. The the time between application and move in was very quick. Who made the whole process of Breeze!

I've lived in both properties for a combination of 8 years,and I truly don't believe that I would've found a better place for my children to grow up. Whenever there's an issue, it is always handled in a timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that Christina and the rest of the staff treat my family like family and not just tenants. They've been there for us when they didn't have to be. I look forward to continuing residing here at autumn breeze/ autumn place because it has been my home.
